Mr. Al is a very knowledgeable, and understanding professional. He took the time to explain the hail and weather damage in detail and answered all of my questions. The work was completed on time, as promised, and the entire process was smooth. What stood out most was that he genuinely cared and treated me with respect throughout the project. Thank you, Mr. Al, for your service!

The repair project was initially presented as something that would take about a week, but it ultimately took approximately four months to complete. Throughout the process there were extended periods with little or no visible work being performed, resulting in significant delays and uncertainty about when the project would actually be finished. One aspect that was particularly frustrating was that I was living in the home as a tenant throughout the entire repair process. Despite this, the impact on the occupants seemed to receive very little consideration. Construction materials remained on the property for extended periods, parts of the home stayed under construction for months, and the disruption to daily life was significant. Communication regarding scheduling and progress was often unclear. On one occasion, a roofing crew arrived early on a Saturday morning without prior notice. The project involved noise, debris, stored materials, and ongoing delays that made living in the home difficult for an extended period of time. After the work was completed, I found roofing nails and construction debris in the yard that required additional cleanup. What I find most surprising is the

After recently moving to Austin, we wanted our roof inspected. We first heard about Caliber Restoration after seeing them replace two of our neighbors' roofs in our neighborhood. We had concerns about our own roof and decided to give them a call. Al came out and performed a thorough inspection. He found wind and hail damage that we were unaware of, along with some rotted roof decking that needed to be replaced under an attic vent. Since there was a risk of leaking, his team quickly tarped the affected area to protect our home while everything was being sorted out by our insurance. What we appreciated most was how easy Caliber Restoration made the entire process. Office admins handled communication with the insurance company, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to Al's expertise, our insurance company approved a full roof replacement, new gutters, and even pressure washing and re-staining of our fence. The crews were professional, respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly when the work was finished. The roof looks great, the gutters look great, and the fence looks better than it has in years. We had water damage in our rental home’s bathroom and living room after a windstorm, and Caliber Restoration responded right away, within 24 hours of my tenant reporting the issue. They tarped the roof immediately to stop further damage, used an infrared camera to show how far the water had traveled, and completed a full moisture inspection. They quickly set up a containment area, covered the floor, removed wet insulation, opened up the affected walls and ceiling, and set up appropriate drying equipment. Since the tenant had a young child, they also placed air purifiers to keep the air clean during the process, which everyone really appreciated. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and the results were excellent. We were so happy with the work that we also hired Caliber Restoration to paint the entire house.

Super smooth experience from start to finish. Great workmanship. High-quality materials all around. They handled the insurance side without any hassle and made sure we got the best quality products possible, not just the minimum. Everything was done on time. Very professional but still easy to deal with. Al was honest, straightforward, no pressure at all. Would absolutely recommend.
